149.3kw = ~200.2hp

Is the vtec engagement point at the stock rpm?

his mods are a k&N filter and 19 degrees of timing and making 202 whp, there has to be other mods

No no!!! Not 202 WHP!!

WHP are 122 KW = 166 WHP

202 HP are on the engine!

Yes, VTEC point is stock (Stock ECU)

Also T1R B-Pipe and Spoon N1 made no gains in HP and Torque. Also the Spoon ECU was not able to spend more HP....

I saw Pmax = 149.3kw and though that was the max value.

Give a header with a 2.5inch collector a try. You should notice a few hp gain with and without the exh then.
