Well... is it the fastest out of all the years? I've heard about it, but I've never really seen any evidence or proof. Can anyone confirm this? If it is true, can someone explain to me why it is the fastest? Thanks.

94-95 is easier to tune due to less strict emissions. I guess you can call it faster if you want.....

99 = b18c1

the only difference that I know is that the 95 gsr has an oil cooler like the ITRs.

If you compare the parts and statistics its the same thing (same compression ratio and stroke...bla bla bla). Don't forget that the reason for the difference is emissions. 94-95 is the only years with the obd1. 96 on up had obd2. Which limits it slightly compared to the obd1. So theoretically, they all make the same engine performance of 170. But due to the restrictions of the obd2... the 94-95 gsr makes slightly more to the wheels.
