Default Testing Vtec Solenoid, and pressure switch

well my vtec suddenly decided to stop engageing , my VAFC says it engeges, but it doesnt

so far the following works: speedo works, rpm's work, VAFC is wired correctly.... but no vtec, and temp is over 100 degrees, but this shouldnt matter because i have a chip that removes all sensors.

i was just driving it and then all of a sudden it would not engage vtec... i know there is a certain way to check my vtec solenoid and pressure switch...... so if you know how to please let me know
thanx

for the vtec solenoid you can direct wire it to battery and if it clicks it works fine.
