parts from h22 in to f22a

i heard from some people that h22 parts can fit into the f22a4. what im wondering is if the cam will fit and will it work?? some one let me kno cuz i kinda dont believe it.

i think the dude i talked to said using only one cam from the engine.

only thing your going to be able to use it (altenator, starter, ac compresor , throttlebody,and tranny but forshure NONE of the head parts.
