Default archive is down... i know somebody has posted this though... what are the wheel rates for G3 integra

i remember reading someone worked through the formula of motion ratios, etc. to come up with the wheel rate ratio for g3 integras... does anyone remember what they were? it would be very helpful as i look to make changes to my suspension.

thanks,
phil

Motion ratio
Front 1.5 to 1
Rear 1.35 to 1
Wheel rate = (spring rate / (motion ratio squared))
