that mugen wing just looks retarded
I think that's an especially bad angle for it; I'm not a huge fan of them, but I think they look different enough in a non-offensive-to-the-eye way to be kinda cool.

What really looks retarded are those JDM Civic bumpers. Since when are unpainted moldings cool? What's next, Hyundai Elantra badging? Hubcaps?

The Mugen wing for that car was not purchased for show points, from what I understand, the owner, Mr Gonzales, races the car regularly. Not everything Mugen is for bling factor.
