All guages stopped working.

My friend has a 1992 honda accord. All gauges arn't working. The gas, speed. RPM's, millage ect...are all out of services. Could it be a fuse?

i have a 91 accord and my speedo went out and it was my speed sensor (located on the top of the transmissoin under the intake) but it might be a fuse also.
