i have a 88 crx and i am putting a wings west kit on it. on the door skirts and the side skirts do i have to take of the moldings?and what ones the low door moldings or the moldings that goes all the way around?

 

I just put the same bodykit on my 88 crx and i had to take off the moldings and the moldings on the lower part of the door....I recommend that you also use some screws to hold the door "skirt" on because its only held on by tape after a while it will start peeling off!

 

the tape that is used on the door caps are pretty strong. I have had them on my first crx forever. They havent peeled, you just need to make sure that you clean the area that you apply the tape to.

 

you have to take all the moldings off. the two on your door, upper and lower, and the side mouldings on your fenders and behind the door
