Default crx cluster in a civic

Is this plug and play or are there a few wires that i'll have to play around with?
it's a 91 cluster going in an 89 Si. Also would an 89 crx si cluster fit in my car without wiring? thanx

You want to stick with 88-89 if you have an 88-89, or 90-91 if you have a 90-91. The plugs and wiring are different. If you stay within the correct years, they're plug and play.

that's what I thought, but I can get the 90-91 for much cheaper, is it worth doing the wiring? Thanx again
