Default Search disabled....D16A6 in 1st gen CRX

My buddy has a '86 civic and has been looking for a motor to swap into it. He recently came across a D16A6 out of an '89 SI. He came to me asking if he needed motor mounts from Hasport or if you just used a combonation of stock motor mounts. I'm pretty experienced with certain swaps, but I've never even contemplated this one, and I have no idea, so any help is appreciated.

Hmm I don't think it will bolt in, I believe it's a completely different mount system. Swap in a D16A1.

tell him not to bother find a d16a1 from a 86-88 integra it will bolt in with no BS fabrication.....just get a d16a1 or keep the stock motor
