VHT and rain don't mix

Today was our first SCCA double regional with Solo-I at Bremerton Motorsports Park. It never got above 40 degrees and it rained pretty much all day. The interesting thing about Bremerton is that the road course crosses over the drag strip twice. The VHT chemical for the drag racers is nasty stuff on a road course. If you've ever driven on wet VHT, you know what I'm talking about. It's bad enough alone, but throw on some bald *** hard-as-a-rock A032's, and it just gets that much better.
Not only that, but I think there might be something wrong with the right rear suspension since it was so loose in turn 1&2. All I could do was patty-cake 1&2 trying not to loop it.
Anyway, since I'm playing Solo-I all season, I needed the points and it was fun to finally get out after a long off-season. Thanks to Nash for braving the morning elements to help me with the car, and to my wife for being a trooper all day.
I'll be away from the computer for the next several days, so I'll try to get some video posted later.

By far one of my favorite EGs, What color is that BTW, for some reason it actually matches that orange, and looks great at that. Nice patch!!
Good luck this season, keep us updated!
Do you have a website talking about your car?

Sorry to bring this back from the dead. I've been on Maui the past week
The previous owner painted it cyber green (new VW Beetle).
I unfortunately do not have a web site detailing the car.

Yeah. What's even better is it was a free trip on the firm she works for
I noticed there's been a few new changes in here.

I hope you had fun despite the cold and rain. I've never driven that course in the rain, and I'm glad it didn't rain on me yesterday based on your experiance (it almost did). I Did anyone else run in ITC with you? I think I'll be ready to run for the PR date.
I won't be able to see you at BMP at the end of the month (financial reasons) but I'll see you tomorrow in Everett. I should be at PR on the 4th and for the Solo-I provided I get the stupid rollbar inside.
