i have a fuel pump from a 95 ls, would it work for my 91 civic si? i htink my fuel pump is dead. or wouldn't it help the motor run even better>?

 

it should work with some modification, and i don't think it will help the engine at all

It will work with some modification to the fuel pump bracket. Other than that, it's essentially a plug and play.

That FP is basically the same as the EG civic FP. I put an ITR pump which is a GSR FP in my hatch and its a simple swap. The only thing is that the fuel sock doesnt sit as low as the stock piece. This doesnt allow the pump to pick up fuel in the tank when you are low on gas. If I were you and you thinks its your FP get a used civic pump or buy new.
