My dad has my old integra 4 door LS, I put the factory exhaust back on in place of my N1. Now there is a leak coming from where the header and cat meet. I sprayed some water around that area and I can see the leak. I put two gaskets between them and some copper high temp gasket maker but there is still a leak.
everything is bolted tight, the only thing that is not stock on the car is that is still has the USDM type R header but I've had the stock exhaust on it for 6 months, and now its starting to leak. any ideas???

Maybe the pipe is not alighn right check that first

 

I'm gonna go back and take the exhaust out and put it back in, to make sure its lined up and tight.
