timing question..

Default timing question..

you can see my set up in my sig..

but for my question,the pulley i have on my crank has only on mark on it for tdc. i bought a timing light that you can ajust. with mu dist turned all the way and the car at 750rpm it shows my timing only to be+16 should this be higher and if so how can i do it

He bought the motor the way it is. The guy that built it uses that STRANGE pulley on his race car. It looks like an alternator pulley.
