I use Mobil 1 Super-Synthetic 5w-30.

Do a search. Plenty of topics out there.

since i live in so cali, i use 10W30 mobil synthetic.
5W30 is for cold winters in michigan n **** lol.
both oils are the same when they're warm...
but the 10W30 lasts longer.
5W30 is pourable at lower temps (something i dont' see in so cali)
in order to make 5W30 more pourable at lower temps they put
some stuff in it and it doesnt last as long.
ask bror jace ...our resident oil guy.

.
actually i heard the opposite, that 5w30 is ideal for places like socal, and 10w30 is better for varying temperature locales like utah. (where i am at)

The lower the number, the thinner the oil is. So, 5w30 is better for cold starts than 10w30. Thicker oil is better protection for high temps. Honda says to use 5w30, and I trust their advice.

But that's just in general and applies to all regions of varying climates. For cold climates use 5w30. For warmer areas use either 10w30 or 10w40. I myself use Redline 10w40 and change every 3-4k.
