u think for H&R race springs i should run illumnas all around=expensive
or kyb agxs in front and grs in back=cheaper

umm..ok, that wasn't his question. If you are going to go with H&R race springs, then you'll need a shock such as the koni yellow. illuminas aren't made to handle a drop like the H&R races, and will blow out as a result. Well, I've heard of some people who've gotten away with it, but I would not risk it.

just go get tokico blue, like how many time in year are you going to change the adjustment????? i'll bet your just going to set it as "2" so just go get tokico blue which is already set as "2"

 

haha i ran tokico blues with these H&r race springs on my 90 integra
and the front blew and it had to have been the worse suspension setup ever.....

That's about the worst shock you could use for a race spring, besides stock shocks. My friend ran Neuspeed Race w/ the Blues and the ride was so horrible.

And how often do I adjust my suspension? Almost every week. I set them on soft for a long highway trip, in the middle for everyday driving, and stiff for racing.
