People with H&R sports??
My car had H&R sports on it already when I bought it from the previous owner so I'm not positive if the bumpstops were cut or not but my car definitely seems lower thans others with the same setup. Even without a front lip, I scrape going up and down driveways.

well the bump stop is SUPPOSED to be cut when ur car is lowered, for a simple reason that the springs are smaller and need more room to move up and donw...
now in the same respect.. we HAVE to cut the bump stop or else.. when u hit a hard bump... ur springs will comprress and the the bumpstop will stop it after a certain amt of compressing and u WONT have full range of motion..
so my advice is CUT UR BUMPSTOP IN HALF... i know this as i had installed my springs myself.. and followed instrcution and DIDNT cut them... later i was hitting hard at bumps and i thoguth it was due to BAD srpings.. actually it was the long bump stop whihc wasnt letting the springs bounce and take the pressure and blahb lbah so plzz CUT the bumpstop in half will be better TRUST ME

You do realize that the H&R springs are designed to be used w/ the fully intact bumpstop, right? If you cut the bumpstops, you could possibly subject the shock to a larger range of motion than it was designed to operate in.
Also, the bumpstop has NO effect on ride height. If you want to know, this is my car w/ fully intact bumpstops all around:

that's dang low for h&r sports. I thought that would what race springs would look like.
I also heard somebody say you get a bit of drop just from the Koni shocks alone, but I'm not so sure about that. I'm going to compare one of mine to a stock shock the next time I'm home.
