threw in my new clutch last night. car wont go into gear while its running. once in gear and clutch pedal is pushed, the wheels will still spin.

ive taken the slack out of my clutch cable to where it feels like it doesnt engage at all. that didnt work

ive tightened my clutch cable as far as i could go by hand, clutch pedal felt normal (you get the cable clutch pop twards the top etc) still didnt work.

release berring is brand new, operates smoothly
im stumped

fixed. clutch cable wasnt tight enough. i had to use a big *** pliers to tighten the thing b/c my pressure plate it quite the monster. also my brand new clutch cable apeared to stretch for a while. id have to pump the pedal then adust the cable untill i couldnt make any more adjustments.

time to put this piece back together
