I was wondering if there is any reason why the primary on the far left did not discolor as much as the others??

maybe uneven heat haha
but i doubt thats of any problems
lots of headers i've seen do not have even wear

 

2 and 3 are the hottest cylendars so they discolor quickly...the others take time to do so...run it hard at the track and theyll all be a little closer in color. dont worry bout it tho mine did the same now they are all really dark purple

 

Mine were golden brown until i took a 10 hour drive. They purpled up real good. They only stay brown under modest driving.

 

It's like that...probably due to the heat

 

Think of it this way, the left one is "newer" than the others
