i just bought a 94 jdm integra gs-r, i know that it'll be a sleeper when it's done, just lowered with wheels (16x7 alt racing litespeed) and i want to keep the looks this way, but i'm undecisive as to go all motor or boost.....the reason i want some advice is that i had a 94 civic ex built all motor, with about 6K in the motor (d16z6) and it was slow as hell.....i know that all motor can be fast, but i'm turned off by it based on how much i blew on a motor that takes too much to become fast....please post some times for all motor and boost of your gs-r's with a little of what is done to it....thanks alot....

I think you should take your time and make sure what do is worth your time, money and effort. Use your knowledge and resources and be creative. Focuz on what you want to do then do it. Don't nessarily do what others tell you do. Trial and error is part of the game but pay attention to what works and doesn't work for others.
