'92 Accord EX auto - Valve adjust spec??? THX

Hey guys. Just wondering if I could mooch some knowledge off of someone. I need the valve lash measurements for the size of the jam nut for the valve adjust on a F22A6. Gotta start taking care of my GFs wheels.

10 intake 12 exhoust, that is in thousands you should have a metric reading on label under hood.
