Thurseday April 3rd headed Southbound on the NY Thruway about 5:30pm passing the Palisades mall.

Same date about 15 min later headed Towards Nyack on Route 59.

Ive been seeing these cars alot latley, and just wondering if its anyone on this website. We dont have many ITR's in my neck of the woods.
