Little confused about break in period
Okay so I was a little bored and read my car manual. Inside it states that the break in period is 600 miles, which I'm almost up to (I think I'm around 500 right now). The manual says that I'm not supposed to do hard accelerations. Does that mean bringing the accelerator to the ground? Also, it goes on to state that I shouldn't brake hard. That means engaging ABS right? Because for acceleration, I do accelerate fast but not like super fast (you know, getting up to street speed a little after the stop sign - not crawling out of the stop light). I think the worst I've done for acceleration is out of my neighborhood, because there's lots of traffic on the road and I had to accelerate quickly on the turn out, caused some wheel to road noise. And for braking, I've braked somewhat more abrupt than usual (getting used to new car brakes - used to drive a van), but I mean I haven't like slammed down on the brake, caused the car to skid, or engaged ABS.
Is my car fine and have I followed the brake in period?

break in period is about 3k for most of the car.
try not to floor/gun it, let the ring and seals and other sh_t to settle
right.
no big deal actually, you should be fine.
somepeople change their oil after 2k
