Default Idle @ 2 - 2,500 RPM? When engien is warm...

Very strange. I had a radiator leak but fixed it up. when the radiator leaked, my IDLE was fine. After I patched it up, when I drive around, the idle would not go below 2,000 RPM. Like even if i put it in low gear and slow down the car so the RPM is 1,000 and let go of the clutch the RPM jumps right back up to 2,000.

And sometimes it goes to 2,500 and dips down to 2,400 and dips back up to 2,500 vice versa.

Could this be because of Air bubbles in the Radiator? I think it has to do with one of the sensors.

Help me out, its annoying, especially when i'm idling at a redlight.

Are you throwing any codes? You shouldn't have any air bubbles in the cooling system as long as you bled it properly (turn on the heat, start the engine, and open the little fitting on the water neck on the front of the head until water squirts out steadily).

have u adjusted the screw on the throttle body? (it has a little spring on it) ... if you turn it to the left the idle will lower, go right the idle will raise - sorry I have no idea what the name of the screw is called

this fixed every single one of my idle problems when I lowered it down to 900 rpms... takes a couple starts ups of your car, but works like a charm

NO check engine lights. I don't wanna mess with the idle valve. Thing is, right now it idles fine. But when the car is like i guess super warm, it does that

Hmm..u know what. do you think it's because I have pure water running through the Radiator? haha. I forgot to add the coolant.
