Default cheap go power

what can i expect to pay for stock d15/d16 motor, non vtec ... or dohc zc motor? both would need to be complete w/ tranny. i have two crx's (89,91) that are parked motorless that i need to get running and get outta my name !! archive search is down and all sites i see don't list these factory "weak" motors. just wanted to get an idea as to what to expect.

i think you can pick up a zc for like 300 bones. and stock motors like next to nothing.

yes. If your just looking to get the cars running again talk to guys that have done engine swaps and have their old engine still, most people will give 'em away just to get it out of their garage.

89 si is in horrible condition .. it was wrecked far exceeding the speed limit on a wet back road .. it had a zc which is now in my 90 si ... the 91 is in good condition minus the missing driver side fender and the horrible dirty interior ... but alas , it is an automatic. paid 300 w/ blown engine so i wasn't complaining at the time.

and i tried the friends thing .. all of them are out of hondas now and are in WRX's .. gti's like me .. or benz's like my friend who offered help on car ins earlier. anyone got an old running engine they need hauled away in the back of a crx ?!?!?!?!
