Default Spoon Sports worked CTR head

I had a nice talk with a R owner that bought one used while in Japan. He claimed very good gains off the head alone. Anyone know where to find one besides having to fly to Japan?

In the Spoon catalog, they show a picture of a head with stock ports and a polished combustion chamber.

But Spoon does not offer a modified cylinder head.

If he's using Spoon cams, it's definitely weak.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Give up the notion of getting a "Spoon Sports worked head".

Most JDM **** is nothing but hype...Spoon moreso than most. I'm sure the stuff they put in their racecar is tip-top, but the stuff we get is not worth the $.
