Default Clutch Is too high

I have to let my clutch pedel up all the way before it catches. Is there a way to adjust this on a 94 Accord?

yes, if you use a 14mm wrench and squeeze half of yourself up under the dash you can adjust the nut on the clutch master cylinder rod. If you loosen the nut and then turn the rod "in" bringing the pedal towards the floor you should get some results. I messed around adjusting mine for two weeks before I hit the sweet spot after I installed my ACT clutch.
try moving the drivers seat ALL the way back

I have a Stage 2 ACT that I love, I paid $250 cash for it at Versus Motorsports here in Phoenix. They have a website for the Cali store

ACT Xtreme Clutch Kit# HA3-XTSS

I attempted to adjust the clutch pedal. The Nut that is connected to the clutch cylinder will not come off. I actually stripped it. Which direction was I supposed to turn the nut? Up or Down? Now that the nut is stripped, I think I have to remove the entire assembly to adjust this.

Ok, i got it now, but i hit a snag. The length thats highlighted needs to be shortened in order for it to take a longer stroke to engage the clutch, correct me if i'm wrong. the snag im hitting is getting the bolt to thread past the catch on the pivoting holder (inside of white circle). any comments would be helpful.

use a pair of vise grips and squeeze 'em on there as tight as you can. vise grips will move anything. did i mention make it tight?

if its really gunky, i would take it to the local honda dealer and get them to change it out along, and this is the only time i would take it to the dealer, due to the honda techs having the pressure bleeder, something that not everyone has. I actually need to take mine down there to get my brake fluid flushed, its reallllly bad.

I bleeded the clutch this solved the problem. Apparently there was air in the system. Thanks for all the help.
