I just received my set of folding mirrors for my 91 CRX Si. Well heres the problem. the mirrors that the company autosonic. aka jdmparts.com set me dont fit. the 3 screw holes dont line up and the mirrors stick out to the side toward the window. The guys at autosonic have been really cool and have offered to send my money back but honestly i would rather just get a set that fit. Autosonic say they checked the mirrors on a civic HB and they didnt fit. and that they came off a crx. Anyone else have this problem? the number on the front of the mirrors are 2200 and the number on the inside are 3498 and 3499 can anyway check theirs for me and tell me what the numbers are and what car they are on. Help please. This is the second set of folding mirrors that I've receieved that dont fit.

 

not related but I got a set of power mirrors from an LX USDM and fit that on my civic. I had to drill 2 new holes per side and it fit.
You could just swap the bases over? I know you can for power mirrors, i.e. Lx to Si...

the base that the mirrors mount to are wider on the civic. which is why the mirrors stick out. but thanks for the idea.
