I took my doors off my chassis.. and after I put them back on, they don't line up well.. and so they are hard to close (sometimes have to slam the door to get it to close/lock). Is there a trick I need to know to line them up? Or do I have to just eyeball it? Whenever I try to make them line up better, it gets worse.

Trial and error is the only way I ever did it. One time I ended up having to take my teg to the body shop to get it lined up, I just couldn't get it right.

Im havin the same prob, the teg I bought has been hit, and the carfax didnt disclose it....whoever did the repairs did a butter paint job on the blending and sanding, my boys who do bodywork cant even tell, the only way they knew was the door was off, where it had been taken off and not re-alined right, nd two screws in teh jam were loose, and there was some wax dried up around the edges where it had been buffed after the repaint ... to me I dont notice this small stuff, but its their job to.
