gutted cat question....Interior diameter TOO large?
I posted this question in the tech forum and no one answered.
I've heard that if you gut a cat the interior diameter becomes TOO large, and this messes with the all important exhaust velocity. Does anyone know anything about this? No guesses please.
If the answer is "no", then I'll take anyone's plugged up 2.5" cat off his/her hands real cheap.
