JDM ITR pistons *or* CTR pistons?
What would be a good piston to work with in a LS/VTEC...i want high compression...if you have any other suggestions please tell me.....and would these pistons fit in a b18a block?
I think that the CTR pistons would give you the higher compression. Maybe around 12.2:1. I don't know for sure though. That would give you some serious power with the right air/fuel tuning.

Depending on what head and what crank you use, and other variables including headgasket, milled head, etc., your compression will vary.
Assuming you have a stock B16 head, not milled, a stock LS block, not decked and a 3 layer OEM headgasket, your compression ratios will be CLOSE to these:
US ITR
10.8:1
JDM ITR
11.3:1
US Del Sol
11.3:1
JDM Del Sol
11.6:1
CTR
12.4:1
these are approximate figures. add about .09 to your compression if you go w/ a .25mm oversized.
or **** it, go w/ 12.5:1 Endyn Rollerwaves. Best piston on the market, hands down. Yes, 12.5:1 is fine w/ 16 degrees timing and 93 octane. With the rollerwaves, that is.
