Which muffler?! Es or ITR?
I say es oval. It is straight through and quiet. You can paint it flat black if you want to make it get less attention.
es...i have the itr because i bought the whole itr cat back. I think my ITR is just a stock muffler with a tiny bit less restriction. if yuo want performance, get the es, if not itr is good.

Ok, I'm a noob.....what's the Es oval? I mean, who makes it? I know what the ITR is.
I vote for ES also.

I recently replaced my Apexi N1 muffler for an ITR rear section. Power loss up top is noticeable but on the track it only slowed me down by a tenth. Not too bad of a loss for stock sound and feel.

I agree, and that's what I would choose, if I had to pick between those two.

Sorry guys, I am venting about the ES becoz I believe the "ES sleeper hype", and it's the biggest disappointment.
I would go ES. A stock muffler is a stock muffler. This is a great place for auto manufactures to increase there profit margin by using less expensive parts. Also stock mufflers are heavy. I don't know the weight of the ES but I saved 22 lbs by switching to a Thermal Axle-back. That is a bonus in itself.
id say roll the es..that **** is hot... super duper sleeper mode!!! my boy has the es on his hb w/ gsr swap into it... that **** is phat... the es is extremely quiet at idle and sounds aggresive when ur on it..its perfect, ITR is fairly queit too but like others have said, it's more showy, go for that sleeper look!
you could not have picked two mufflers that were more different.
-ES: free flowing, LOUD
-ITR: chambered (doesnt flow well at all), QUIET
buy whatever you want. just do some research first before comparing apples to oranges.

If you aren't making that much power it won't effect your performance on the track that much. I'm click'n off practically the same quarter mile times when I had my Apexi N1 and when I used the ITR axle back.
