purchased from another h-t member, i never used it, just purchased the MSD cap for it then decided to bail on it

 

i would never bid on somthing that says as-is. to me that sound like "im not sure if it works, but i think it does"

im not saying it doesnt work, but it might hurt how many people bid on it.

that is just to protect me from those people that will want reimbursements for minor things. They expect new condition when purchasing used stuff. If it was something majorly wrong with the item, I would allow a return or reimbursement. i have 94 positive feedback and a great seller reputation on honda-tech as well, bid with confidence!
