I did the same thing. I was also stupid enough to try an easy-out on it, it too broke. I took it to work (I'm a cutting tool designer at a machine shop) and had one of the guys but it on the Bridgeport to drill it out. He drilled it out in like 2 minutes, tops. Take it to a machine shop and ask them to do the same thing, shouldn't cost much. Definitely cheaper than a new hub unit.

i dont wanna drill it or mess w/ it anymore cause i dont wanna be w.o a car... plus it would be cheaper to get the part from a yard anyways.

You don't have to be without a car; just take it off, take it to a shop, bring it back, bolt it back up. I don't think it would be to much, how much is the yard going to charge you. Heck, whats it going to hurt if you at least look into getting it drilled out. Compare costs, don't just asume it will be cheaper or easier to one thing when it might benifit you more to do the other.

ok, gimmie a ballpark of what it might cost to get it drilled out. and, exactly what do they do when they drill it out anyways? will i need to get a bigger bolt cause they have to re thread the hole?

All they do when they drill out the bolt is just that, the bolt. They don't take anything extra from the hub, so they don't need to re-tap anything. For example, you have a 3/8-16 threaded bolt you need to drill out. You would take a 1/8 to 1/4" drill and drill a pilot hole, then you would take a 5/16 drill and drill out the bolt. The 5/16 drill will take out everything but the threads, you might want to chase the threads with a 3/8-16 tap just to make sure the threads weren't damaged. Sounds like a lot, but for a machine shop it's second hand. As for the cost, you would have to call a shop in your area, I get most of my work done for free.

I'll have a set of two spare hub/bearing/rotor assemblies in a couple weeks when I complete my lug swap.
