After driving my 94 ****** back with a DY15 and blown ring lands, I drove my ITR for the first time in 6 months. I let the car sit for way to long, so last week I started ordering parts and putting her back together. Not really a long process but after 9 hours i had put the motor back together and put it in, in some respects. I thought about taking it easy tonight but after 4 miles of driving and "the bug" hitting me right away... I opened it up. WOW I missed this car.


So the car runs fine, but i have a box o crap left over. Not really comforting. Mostly brackets and crap. I will be bringing everything to the expo and matching it up.


I want to thank:
T Bone for helping me with the tourque specs.
Bdiddy for coming over and watching me get drunk, then taking me out for dinner and getting me more drunk.
Len for the big parts and the speed of delivery
Matt for "other parts" I wanted.
Mark at LandspeedRacing for getting me crap quick.
Erick (you guys will meet him at the expo) for sodering and drinking the rest of my beer.
Some guy at Devon Acura for meeting me on the side of I-95 and giving me my intake manifold gasket.

After calling in favors and Bardering a lot, I was able to do this with 500 out of pocket and five 12packs of Ultra.
Im driving it everyday till the expo, and to it. I hope all goes well.

EDIT: I have to give a big "F you" to Mike at IPS, I am now trying to figure out how to come up with cash for the Work Emotion (Forged). Damn I hate when he posts good stuff.
