i got this tonite from a friend.... he doesnt know fo sure if its from his HF CRX engine or an Si.. looks just like my Si but i wanted to know if they have any special stamps or anything on it...

 

hf and si dizzy is the same...

 

i know that.... but the guy its from middle east.... he can barely talk straight.... and when he gave it to me told me it was an acura dizzy.... then he said "well i dont know if its my old engine... my friend has soo many. but he told me was acura"

 

i think if u take off the the cap, u can look inside somewhere for the pm6 stamp, i opened up my brothers distributor, and looked inside and it said pm6 also, and that was from a 91 ls

 

yeah i just looked inside the cap and i see the stamp PR3/4 M10390

means that the cap its saying that its for PR3 and PR4's ecu's?? wich means its LS engines and B16's???

 

actually look at the distributor wiring clips...2 circled ones=Si, one circle one square=dx

 

yeah i know i have a DX and Si dizzy's

my whole point is..... since the first word he said was "acura distribuitor"
i want to know if its either an HF/Si dizzy or an LS (DOHC) dizzy.... or whatever

 

pr3/4 is b series....plus look at the arms they arent the same as a d series dizzy too bad but u could make some $$ selling it to someone here

 

i have a question could you use a b18a dizzy for a 1st gen b16a? is it the same???

 

is that a condenser on the side of it? i thought they stopped using those in the 70s?

 

yes 90-91 only 92+ is obd1

 

i opened my brothers dizzy, he has an ls, and his dizzy was stamped pm6
