What gas to use for CBR F3?

What gas to use for CBR F3?
Just wondering if 93 octane is required since the compression ratio on the motor is 12:1. I didn't notice any writing anywhere stating to use premium gas will regular work just as well?

its 12:1 my friend. premium all the way baby! if anything i would throw on some octane booster.
