Dont u need a wide band sensor like the bosch?

 

yeah the bosch is just an aftermarket honda civic vx sensor. It is an l1h1 sensor. I opted for the genuine honda sensor, even though it is more expensive.

 

I thought they were all the same

 

yeah they all work the same, thats not really the point

decent price. I've seen some people pay up to 700 for the unit. I wish i would of seen this earlier.

damn 300 for the sensor thank god for me ... i got one for 150.... bump cause you still have a good deal here....

 

bump for a good guy. 500 is definately a deal for a new unit along with a honda o2 sensor. You guys can't even get a fjo for this price (with the display).

 

how much for just the TechEdge Unit and what does the Unit come with?? I'm interested in the unit but..... One can get a new one for $505 shipped and you're asking $500 used.

 

i am including the actual sensor though, that is one of the most expensive parts, plus you dont have to wait for the thing to ship from australia

oh btw, if you can get a brand new techedge unit for 505 then ill sell you <U>just</U> the unit for 400

i was interested in it but seeing how easy it is to make one and the sensor I can get a lot cheaper I've opted to buy one directly. My friend got his kit and bought the sensor all for $505. Soldering for contract work for over 6 years makes working on things like this very easy. thanks again and good luck on the sale. if you decide to sell the kit and display only for under $300 then let me know and I'll but it from you today. thanks

i thought only the ngk sensor worked and nothing else? if not, cant you just get whatever pep boys has for 30bucks or something?

 

no, pep boys will charge you 600 bux for a vx sensor. You NEED a five wire sensor, not the stock 4 wire. It does make a difference. I called autozone, checker, etc, when i was looking for a sensor. They charge double what honda does. If you can find a five wire for 30 bux buy as many as they have and sell them for more.

stock 4 wire? if the vx comes stock with the 5wire ngk, what is the alternative to ngk that stores sell?

 

trade you my NOS direct port kit for it?
