You should be running mid-15's with your current setup. You could try a performance cam, do a y8/z6 intake manifold swap, and/or adjust your timing.

you need the intake manifold from a 96-99 (I think) EX model, get the manual one.. if someone has a dyno or anything after the IM swap, please show it or just tell the results

its a straight direct bolt on? hmmmmmm very interesting....if someone tells me what you get for gains then I might get all over that.....you are talking about just swapping the stock intake manifold for a ex one right and not the whole head
ie. mini me swap

from my understanding yes... it should be a direct bolt-on, both are d series motors and there is a reason to get the manual one - something about a sensor

and yes, not the whole head, just the IM... it's supposed to be the best flowing one, order is like

1. Y8
2. Z6
3. A6

ok any idea what those go for? I wonder what a new one would set me back.....probably a small fortune from honda lol I'd have to get the Y8 then its go big or go home......wait a minute if I had any sence to begin with I would dropped the money from I/H/E into a zc swap lol
