Pretty crazy looking pipe job. Dont the pipes heat up though being over the Turbo/manifold?

Also I would think the sharp bends are very restrictive?

Let us know how it runs! Looks interesting and I want to see how it runs non-intercooled.

thats pretty rediculous the rods will hold up to boost no question....but they arent gonna see any boost look at the jb weld holding the piping together....ud be better off buying some madrel bends and some silicone conectors and going that root ur gonna break that piping easy...but nice shot for what it is u may feel some pull if it dont leak

I must admit the kit(fabrications)do look interesting. Honestly it's a way of testing to see what you can do...money could be a factor..or just getting the hang of boost. Once he tests and tuned he always has the option of intercooling, mandrel piping. I say keep rockin' keep us posted...If it ain't broke....Don't fix it!

If you notice though he connected the radiator to the charge pipes for some odd reason, using the rad as a FMIC? ;o\

BTW: What exhaust manifold did you use? HF or drag?

no it's not. the rad hose is running under the charge pipe

fiy: your bov is way too close to the tb. back it off about 12-18"

The radiator isn't connected to the pipes. That's the coolant hose going under the pipes to the engine block.

Probably a 2% difference in airflow much like that B16A warrior intake manifold or whatever. Having a turbo running a little less efficient is better than no turbo at all though... til the motor goes.
