there's a good write up on how to clean up the IAC to smooth out your idle. i don't know if it's the same since it's for a 5th gen. let me know if you want the url.

I got a stock Fuel Rail for 30$ if you want. It was run on 93 octain all of its life with only 60,000 miles on it, good as new I upgrade eto AEM
