Default Suspension settings for track event this weekend.

I have KYB adjustable shocks on my car and I was wondering what a good setting for a track event would be. THey are 4 way adjustable and usually I run them full stiff in front and rear during events but I'm not sure if this is the best setup for the track.

Any advice, pros/cons about different setups I would appreciate...

BTW the rest of my suspension is ITR springs and swaybar on my GSR.

Best thing to do is to go out and find what works best for you. You could start out at the softest settings front and rear and take it from there, incrementally. That's what I would do.

Set them at 1/2 stiff all the way around and leave your adjustment tool at home.

Work on being smooth and learning the lines.

Or a little softer in front for good transitional response.
And open diffs like the front tires on the ground, so less stiff up front.
