Will the Spoon or Mugen 4-2-1 bolt directly on the stock cat? Which one should I buy or is it more on the brands name? I guess there is not that much of an difference in power increas.

About the Spugen exhaust system, heard god things of it and the sound is freakin nice. Will this ssystem fit directly on the stock cat? Thanks

Yes, the Spoon and Mugen headers will bolt directly on to the stock cat. The general concensus is that Mugen makes power through the midrange while Spoon makes high end power. However, there is supposedly a nasty dip at around 7000RPM with the Spoon header, so it must be tuned (w/ V-AFC or other piggybacks).

I've heard a few different variations of Spugen's exhaust systems and they all sound very good. The quality seems to be top notch, and most people I know are happy with their exhausts.
