Default switching from a stock b16 exhaust manifold to a 94-99 GSR header...modify exhaust?

i know that different b-series headers are different lengths depending on the motor and car they were intended for. For example, the type r header is about 4.5 inches longer than a 94-99 GSR header.

Which ones bolt up without modifying the length of the exhaust?

i know i'm bringing this back from the dead...but i'm interested in what header you b16 guys are running along with what mount kit.

example/ question: say i have a b16 in an ef, with an HCP mount kit, stock cross member, would a gsr header hang lower then an actual b16 header? (oh yeah i'm asking about aftermarket headers)
