machine shop just finished the buildup on my block. i was also told that when i first start the engine, i have to keep it at 2000rpm for 10 minutes so the new camshafts break in. I was wondering if that makes any sense?

mods are as follow.

b18c1
Skunk 2 IM
ITR camshafts
AEM cam gears
PR3 pistons "Civic Si"
Port/polish
DC 4/1 HEADERS
V-AFC
FPR.

also this engine is going into a 90 2 door teg"DA" what would my WHP be?

If your cams are tuned I'm just guessing you will be making 160-170 to the wheels. Where did you get your ITR cams? I dont see how you break in used cams(unless you got them new).

What kind of tranny are you running? Cable or hydro?

u think i will only put 170whp??

compression will be about 11:8 , tranny is cable lsd.

Well they're only mild cams, I doubt you'd be making that much power, who knows maybe 180? But that's a nice setup you got there.

Do you have any goals?

 

i want to aim at 190+whp all motor.
