Default Here is a good question for ya...????

Why do I see posts about guys putting Type R internals into a B16...I thought the Bore was different...ie: 1.8 as opposed to 1.6?? I just saw the other thread and it made me wonder. Thanks for your future OWNAGE for a semi-dumb thread.

bore size is same for b18a/b... b18c and b16A/b.. 81mm stock

Thank you...I am not a nOOb anymore ...Why is one a 1.8 and other 1.6...if the pistons are the same does it just have to do with the compresion??

stroke and rod length make the difference in displacement
