depends on the state you in.

 

in most states the turning lights have to be white ( not hyper white ), amber, or red.

 

However in CA at least you cannot have any red lights in the front, that is reserved for emergency vehicles only

 

I thought that unless your lights were blue from the factory they were illegal. Just get some hyper-whites or HID's that look white and you should be good. The turn signals are SUPPOSED to be orange-yellowish. That is in Pa and FL (the two states that I have lived in).

 

For headlights, alotta people like the Sylvania Silverstars. Imma get a pair soon

 

You are not allowed to have blue turn signals, or like stated earlier, red lights up front. b/c these make your car appear like a cop car.

 

headlights have to be clear, turning signals have to be clear or amber. If amber was the original color, you can't make it clear. Red is out up front. i just went through all this legality crap regarding this topic. the only time you are allowed that blue tint up front is if your car came from the factory like that. my understanding is that only BMW's and Cadillacs are authorized the blue tint.
