Default lowering spring question.

i just got Eibach Sportlines springs but i dont have enough money to buy new shocks. Should i go ahead put the springs on stock shocks? or wait til i get new shocks? What would happen if i put the springs on stock shocks? thanks for answers...

Dude IMO I would wait. The ride will be horrible and unsafe. Your stock shocks were not meant to be used with lowering springs. Do yourself a favor and wait, you will be glad you did. Good luck and God Bless!

I personally am riding stock shocks on lowering springs as well and my ride is not bad at all... Obviously ride is going to be improved with better shocks, but if you dont consider changing springs/struts, a pain in the *** then get that bad girl lowered.

I think it will be ok. I ve rode on nuespeed race and skunkworks w/stock shocks and the ride was bit bouncy but I never felt it to be dangerous. Just drive carefully. 1.8 drop should be cool. Do get shocks later though

are those the springs that make you ride motor boat style? (Back lower than the front.)

i think you should wait. if you plan on getting shocks next you might as well install the shocks and springs at the same time, rather than doubling your work.
