Is this a good deal?

I have a JDM front and some guy wants to trade straight up, my ITR lip for his real C West lip, does that sound like a good deal? Anyone have a pic of there car with the C west lip on?

Let me get this straight..he wants to trade your JDM oem front lip for his CWest lip? Sounds fair to me...if you really want to do it.
