Default tornactive.com - anyone deal w/thier customer service?

i just ordered a type'arrgh' lip and noticed it was a little ill fitting. well i decided to brave the rapids and intall it anyways. so during the install, i had one side mounted and one more side to go; then SNAP. thats right. the edge which wraps around the bumper snapped. well im hopeing that the customer svc. is good. any news good or bad about tornactive.com?

ive bought several things from them...never returned anything but I had questions...they were really good at answering them...and seemed pretty concerned that I understood the answers I got (nothing complicated mind you ) But from that I could tell that they werent gonna scam me...I say call em about it and they should take care of it

well they are willing to swap out my lip if i pay for shipping and send them a pic of my broken one . so it's all good with the peeps at tornactive.com

yeah rob is very kool...fast shipping on the most part...but i wish i couldve got my spoon wing...it was back ordered and i couldnt wait any longer..other wise he runs a nice e-shop
